These pencils are the best quality I've used. The cedar is amazing and the clear finish shows off the beauty of the wood. I just happened to find them on the Amazon website. It would be great if they were displayed and available for purchase at retailers. Love the "Made in USA", Tennessee to be exact! I will purchase more sets to give as gifts.

GREAT quality pencils

These pencils are a little thicker than standard pencils, and feel like better quality all around. The wood doesn't splinter and my first grader doesn't have a problem with the point breaking as with standard pencils. Even the eraser is of noticeably better quality to my first grader who said it's her favorite eraser. They are pricier, but I guess you get what you pay for! I also love that they're made in the USA.
